Operating under the INRCOG umbrella of services, the Iowa Northland Regional Transit Commission (RTC) coordinates transportation services in the INRCOG region. With guidance from its Advisory Committee, RTC also offers public transit services in Black Hawk, Bremer, Buchanan, Butler, Chickasaw, and Grundy Counties through the operation of OnBoard Public Transit. Transit services are open to the general public, including persons with disabilities.
