The
Iowa Northland Regional City Clerks/County Auditors Association (INRCC/CA)
is a voluntary association of member city clerks and county auditors.
The purpose of the Association is to obtain education and gain awareness
on current topics of interest to city clerks and county auditors. The
Association, which meets quarterly, does not have an organizational
structure, however, each year a volunteer program committee helps determine
the annual agenda topics.
The INRCC/CA has held sessions on the following topics:
-Occupational Safety and Health Administration Regulations
-Community Marketing
-Planning and Zoning Ordinance Administration
-Employee Evaluations and Job Descriptions
-Compliance with the Iowa Open Records and Meeting Requirements
-Media Relations
-Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Statement #34
-Redestricting
-Geographic Information Systems
